Sightseeing Cruise to THE LADY

Vannie said she found a cruise that was

not so long...one hour.

Perfect for kids...

Vannie and Emilie...and THE LADY

The city from the Hudson is so beautiful.

After the cruise, the 9-11 memorial was in walking distance.

We have to remember.

A very powerful and humbling experience...

...located in the area of the Twin Towers, 

which were destroyed during the Sept. 11 attacks.

Every life that was ended in just that moment...

every son, daughter, mom, dad, brother, sister...

all 2977 of them...

WHAT!!!

Yep, they all went up...

...only took 60 seconds to get to the top...

...the Statue of Liberty is just a speck...

Dave said that after the memorial and the One World Tower,

everyone just needed to chill.

There's Maddie...kind of like "Where's Waldo".

Dave said he was fascinated by this piece of fabric...

just hanging around...Dave and the fabric.

Vannie loves art...

and New Yorker's love to paint on any old thing.

The Salvagio's brighten up even the brightest of art.

Dave said he was really proud of Vincent and Maddie.

The show didn't start until 8:00pm.

It was way past their bedtime by the time it was over.

They were real troopers.

The next morning, Maddie was up bright and early.

She tapped tapped on Vannie and T-Pop's door.

She couldn't wait to read them a "good morning" book

before the day began.

Of course, they LOVED it.

This show was at 5:00pm.

Bald...blue...and sooo funny!!!

Time to hit the streets again.

These guys did not waste one minute.

Made it over to Rockefeller Center...

and guess what was right around the corner.

You can see T-Pop standing outside quivering with excitement...

Oh, they did stop for ice cream along the way...

can you tell what flavor T-Pop had...

The last morning...Waa...Waa

Vannie and Maddie were the only ones up...

so they headed to the café and picked-up breakfast for everyone.
